My heart
It is beating
Always the same beat
Always the same rhythm
I feel it
But I feel something else
A pounding
A pounding of another heart
It is far still
It is still beating with another beat
I only hear this heart and mine
No other
The other ones don't matter
I only want to hear this heart
The beating, the pounding
Feel the rhythm
Feel the beat
Time passes
Hours, days, weeks, years
Nothing matters
Only the pounding
Falling into it
Simply floating along
Listening how it comes nearer
Listening how the beat becomes more trustworthy
Listening how the rhythms merge
The other heart
Is close enough to grab it
But should I do it?
Would it be the right thing?
What would happen if I don't grab it?
Would the heart continue moving?
Depart again?
Or stay until I'm sure?
Sure that it is THE heart?
The heart that was made for mine?
